Policy for Indian Law Enforcement Agencies (LEA) Requesting User Data from Khel Ludo<

🛡️ For Law Enforcement Agencies

If any Indian government investigation agency (police, cyber cell, etc.) needs player data from Khel Ludo, they must send an official request from their government email ID (ending with @gov.in or @nic.in) to disputes@kheljunction.co.

📄 What Information Can Be Shared?

  • Registration date
  • Player name and contact info
  • KYC (identity) documents
  • Transaction history
  • Bank details for withdrawals
  • IP address used during transactions
  • Location (latitude/longitude) of money activity

✅ KYC (Know Your Customer) Policy

  • iOS / APK: KYC is required either after deposits cross ₹50,000 or on the first withdrawal—whichever is earlier.
  • Google Play Store: KYC is mandatory for any cash activity or deposit.

📬 How Can Law Enforcement Request Data?

Send a legal notice to disputes@kheljunction.co from a verified government email ID.

The notice should be under:

  • Section 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC)
  • Section 94 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS)

Include details like:

  • FIR number or case reference
  • Relevant legal sections (IPC/BNS, etc.)
  • User information: transaction ID, amount, date, time, user email/phone, etc.

🔁 How We Respond

  • If the request is unclear or incomplete, we’ll ask for more details.
  • We try to respond within 24 hours. If it takes longer, we will inform you about the delay.

🚫 Requests That Will Not Be Accepted

  • Verbal or phone requests
  • Requests without proper legal notice
  • Emails not from gov.in or nic.in
  • Requests made via social media (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram)

🔍 What Can We Share?

  • Player’s wallet/transaction history
  • Registration details
  • Contact info, PAN, KYC docs
  • IP address and geolocation
  • Bank and withdrawal info

Note: We do not have access to paymode data, but we can share the Payment Aggregator name.

📄 Legal Certificate

If required, we can also issue a certificate under Section 63 of the Bhartiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023.
