1. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years of age or older to register and play on Khel Ludo.
- Residents of Indian states where skill-based real money gaming is prohibited (e.g., Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Nagaland) are not allowed to play paid contests.
- Khel Ludo reserves the right to verify your age and location at any time.
2. Nature of the Game
- Khel Ludo offers skill-based real money games where players compete using strategies, quick thinking, and precision.
- The game is not purely chance-based and complies with applicable Indian laws related to games of skill.
3. Account Registration
- Players must register using their mobile number and complete KYC verification before any withdrawals.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and OTPs.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
- Users can add money using UPI, wallets, debit cards, or net banking.
- Winnings can be withdrawn to a verified bank account, subject to TDS as per Section 194BA of the Income Tax Act (30% on net winnings).
- Withdrawals may incur a processing fee and applicable GST.
5. Fair Play and Anti-Fraud Policy
- At Khel Ludo, we are committed to maintaining a 100% fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment. To ensure unbiased outcomes, all dice rolls within the game are governed by the ‘Xorshift 128’ algorithm, which guarantees random number generation that is tamper-proof, fair, and consistently applied across every game session and for all players equally.
- Any attempts to manipulate gameplay, operate multiple accounts, or engage in collusive behavior will lead to immediate and permanent suspension of the user’s account, along with the forfeiture of any remaining balance.
6. TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) Policy
- TDS is applicable on net winnings at the time of withdrawal or at the end of the financial year.
- Formula:
- Net Winnings = Withdrawals – Deposits – Opening Balance
- A TDS certificate (Form 16A) will be issued for deductions.
7. Bonus and Promotions
- Bonuses offered through referrals, promotional codes, or cashbacks are subject to specific terms and may only be used for gameplay.
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn and may have an expiry.
